Stewart Cole was born in the bible belt of northwest 'Tasmania' in 1985 and works as a freelance Illustrator, designer and screen-printer for underground punk and metal bands; both locally and internationally.

 

His morbid compositions have emblazoned various record covers, t-shirts, cassettes, posters and been featured in select group shows. His playfully grotesque imagery draws influence from Gothic Horror , Heavy Metal and Science Fiction and cathartically utilises techniques of automatic drawing, paint, mixed and new media.
